The use of a photo box for employee photos
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to always identify 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the sales representative can upload his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
