The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional personnel on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the right format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the human resources department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image can be output in parallel in several sizes.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” using the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will appear directly on the image.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can copy their images. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
