The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor, just like with the passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.

After the employee photo has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.
So you always have the right photo for
XING, the CRM system, LinkedIn, Outlook, WhatsApp & Co, Facebook, Twitter
etc. lying ready.

Logically, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive his photo digitally.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee must dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following possible uses:

• Use at trade fairs to issue personalized “flyers”
• Photo attraction at customer events & meetings
• Production of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Employee photos (as already described)
• Photos of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour of the company
• Use at employee parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}

The cost frame

The cost of purchasing a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course there is also the possibility to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept directly.
