What should be achieved?
The staff in your company have the option to take a photo of the employee's personal photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your workforce the chance to always identify 100% with your personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
Similar to the passport photo machine, employees can stand in front of the photo box and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different sizes.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can also be visible on the picture.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photos as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original recording as well as the various formats for the various target systems.
