The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify themselves 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can happen in parallel to some extent.

How does the employee get his picture?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
