The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically adapted to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, just like with a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then subsequently a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen simultaneously in many sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the logo and/or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his picture as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
