The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways of receiving his picture digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
