Our proposed solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in many formats at the same time.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to receive their photo digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original image and the different versions for the various target systems.

Other possible uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
