For larger events (more than 500 participants), another identical system is available from our cooperation partners at the same prices. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the generated video. The amount of time participants will need to prepare and the amount of “takes” a guest will want can hardly be predicted. On average, however, you can assume a throughput speed of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. All that is required is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity. - Archiving the video data
On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it can also be sent by e-mail on site using a supervisor's tray. If you would like to have the videos sent by email, please let us know your subject, the body text for the email message and your desired signature. For this alternative, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
