For large events (more than 500 people), another identical system is available from our partner at the same price. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the created film. The phase that visitors need to prepare and the amount of "shots" that a guest wants can only be poorly predicted. However, one can assume an average duration of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 meters. All that is needed is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity. - The system operator
Any event module is only as good as the person overseeing it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the participants and serves as a source of ideas if some "creativity" is desired on the platform. - GDPR compliant video download for guests
Our unique gallery system ensures that each user only has access to his film or videos. For this, each person on the platform gets a card with a pre-printed random download key. This code then matches this clip exactly.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site via the supervisor's iPad. If you would like the videos to be sent by email, please let us know your subject, the body text for the email and your desired signature. For this option, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be provided on site.
