You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the ideal format, detached from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

How does the employee get his photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original recording and the different sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
