The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional personnel on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, similar to the photo booth.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
Image output can be done in many sizes at the same time.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive his photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox.
Other deployment options
In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
