The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the chance to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the in-house employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in many formats.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
Additional deployment options
In order to make the best possible use of the purchase, you have the following options:
