The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to always identify 100% with your personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the optimal format, annoying elements are removed from the background and, if desired, saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal/external use of the recording.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is located, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in many forms.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the logo and/or the name and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new recordings, the employee has three different ways of getting his picture as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.

Of course, there is also the chance to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
