What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock at 100% with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen, just like with the photo booth.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the employee portrait.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified location on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can happen in many forms at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
XING, Twitter, WhatsApp & Co, the CRM system, Outlook, Instagram

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his image digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can copy his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the email address of the employee. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
Other possible uses

The need for investment
The price for purchasing a photobooth optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is already worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option of trying out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept immediately.
