The mission goal
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place at the same time in various dimensions.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for the staff to receive their image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

The need for investment
