This gives your teams the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios if desired.

One possible solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
