You give your staff the opportunity to fully identify themselves around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head is found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in various dimensions.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, there are three different ways for the staff to receive their picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different versions for the different target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN to which the staff has to dial.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can load their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
