The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.

The recording is saved in a size and format you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved image with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in many forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not get the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their image as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN into which the employee has to dial in.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent immediately to the employee's email address.

The cost frame

Of course, there is also the possibility to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
