The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can happen at the same time to different degrees.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the sales representative to receive his picture digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his original recording and the different versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
