The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in some dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, the sales representative has three different ways to get his picture as a file.

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
