What should be achieved?
The staff in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at rotating locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information, e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the recording.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the recorded image and the in-house employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously in various dimensions.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new pictures, there are three different ways for staff to get their picture as a file.

In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the staff must dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
