How does an online AI event work?

While your guests pose in front of the stationary AI photo booth, our online version turns any smartphone into a personal AI photo booth. A simple QR code takes participants to a branded website where they select their desired theme and upload a selfie or group photo. Since any number of users can submit their photos simultaneously, everyone ends up in a clearly structured queue – including a real-time display of their position and the expected wait time. As soon as the AI image is ready, it appears directly in the browser and can be easily shared or downloaded from there. This way, even people who cannot be present at the event in person can be reached.

The four levels of AI in image modification

Level 1: AI Background Removal

Say goodbye to green screens! Our AI automatically recognizes people and replaces the background with one of our selected scenes: a Caribbean beach, a futuristic metropolis, or your brand image. No complex on-site technology required, but with maximum wow factor – perfect for visually conveying your brand.

Level 2: FACE SWAP

Let your participants slip into different roles! The AI automatically swaps your guests' faces in pre-determined motifs – e.g., company mascots, historical figures, or movie heroes. The guest's biometric data is transferred to the original face, and the "outfit" changes.

Level 3: Generative AI images (“Unique Prompts”)

The most creative mode: You provide the image idea, and we create AI workflows that perfectly match your event. Each snapshot generates a brand new Artwork in the desired style. No two paintings are alike, creating a dynamic gallery full of surprises and plenty of amazed guests.

The generative AI images are divided into individual photos and group photos.
For individual photos, gender, age, hair color and hairstyle type, face and the chosen theme are used as the basis for the new artwork.

For group photos, clothing and pose are also taken into account during generation.

Level 4: Creative AI filters

We also offer artistic style transformations such as cartoon, watercolor, or sketch art. These filters can be combined with your themes, allowing your guests to discover and share their own "AI signature style."
