What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the option of photographing their personal employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your workforce the option to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place synchronously in different formats.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not alone get the new pictures, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is then sent to the employee's email address.
