What should be achieved?

You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved image and the internal employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the different versions for the different target systems.
