The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously in various sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
