The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

How did the staff get the photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN into which the employee has to dial in.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can copy their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
