The use of a photo box for employee photos

You give your staff the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. Likewise, the head of each photo is found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for staff to get their photos digitally.

  1. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.
  2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photo box provides a private WLAN to which the staff has to dial.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Additional deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:

The cost frame
