What should be achieved?
The workforce in your company is given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimum format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
You can position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions on the screen for the necessary steps.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee report can also be set up.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data set via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the workforce to get their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the different formats for the different target systems.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
