What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in many formats at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, the employee has three different ways to choose to receive his photo as a file.

In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
