The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get his picture?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
