The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos can be automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can be done synchronously in different sizes.
So you always have the best possible photo for

Logically, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the designation and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the image.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture digitally.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's email address.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this route is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
