The employees in your company have the option to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your teams the chance to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
You can place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed at a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can happen synchronously in various sizes.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that the CRM system or ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his picture digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various sizes for the different target systems.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

The need for investment
The cost of purchasing such a perfected photo booth starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the possibility to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
